Payment & FAQ

Payment & FAQ

Everything you need to know about payments, invoices, digital file delivery, and product details before you place an order.

Payment

How do I purchase a product?

Select the product you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is successfully completed, your digital files will be available for download.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to help you choose the right template or design.

When will I receive my files?

Our products are digital and are delivered electronically.

After successful payment, you will receive access to your files through:

  • Instant download after checkout
  • Download link via email
  • Your customer account

We recommend creating an account so you can easily access your purchases again in the future.

Will I receive product updates?

When an eligible template is updated, previous customers may receive access to the updated version at no additional cost.

Invoices

Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice is sent to the email address used during checkout.

If you cannot find it, check your Spam/Junk folder and search for emails from Wrapster.my.id.

For further assistance, contact us with your order number and purchase email.

Files & Designs

What software do I need?

Our vector files are primarily provided in EPS format and may be delivered as ZIP packages when multiple files are included.

We recommend:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • CorelDRAW
  • Inkscape
Can I edit the text and numbers?

Most text and numbers are provided as vector artwork rather than live text. They may therefore require manual editing or replacement.

If you need assistance with a specific element, contact us before making changes.

Are mockups or renders included?

This depends on the product.

If renders or promotional images are included, they will be clearly listed in the product description.

Please check the individual product page for the exact contents of each package.

How are the files organized?

Our templates are structured using organized layers to make professional editing easier.

Typical layers include:

  • CUTLINE — Exact cutting shape and dimensions.
  • GUIDELINES — Reference lines for curves, folds, and important areas.
  • NOTES — Important instructions or design information.
  • DESIGN — Main artwork area.
  • GRAPHIC — Artwork area with additional bleed for production.

We focus on providing clean, organized, and production-ready files to make your workflow faster and more efficient.
